The American Institute of Architects states the architect is the client's facilitator and integrator across the entire spectrum of the facility related services. Moosavi Design Group embraces this idea and suggests participating in negotiations between Owner and General Contractor with the intent of achieving a successful design solution. This vastly increases the efficiency and accuracy of the project.
