The project was Tenant Improvements of a gray shell building at Peoria, AZ, which accommodates a Urogynecology Medical Offices, a general Surgeon Medical office, and a Class B Outpatient Surgery Center (an exclusive suite).

Gilbert, Arizona
Tenant improvement of an existing suite to accommodate a new compounding pharmacy. Most portion of the building is dedicated to HD and Non-HD Labs, the pharmacy preparation.

The Tenant Improvements on a shell existing building will accommodate medical SPA, including series of treatment rooms, body sculpting, Injectables, Nourishment area, and luxury open lobby. Design concept is high-end contemporary.

The project is Tenant Improvement of a suite within a large commercial complex for a new branch of Strive Pharmacy in San Diego, CA. The project includes main pharmacy area, HD and Non-HD labs,. Design concept high-end contemporary with the Strive signature look.

The Shaw plastic Surgery Center- at Bell Road and 101 Freeway-Scottsdale, AZ
This is your Project descDr. Shaw project is tenant improvements on the entire 2nd floor of an office building in Scottsdale, AZ. The design concept is high-end contemporary with Mediterranean flavor. The office contains functional Spa, treatment rooms, medical exam rooms, for staff. Strive Pharmacy
Colorado
Tenant improvement of another branch office of Stive Pharmacy to expand the brand to the State of Colorado. The project will include main pharmacy area, labs with necessary exhaust hoods, a private office/ consultation/ meeting room, waiting and reception, ADA drop off and pickup, a break room/ kitchen, and restrooms. The design concept is upon Strive Pharmacy Standards, the high-end contemporary.

AB Guerra Plastic Surgery
Center, Scottsdale, AZ
Tenant Improvement project in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Northwest portion of first floor of Desert Fairways building. The project includes exam rooms, treatment rooms with an attractive seating lounge.

Advanced Laser & Eye Center of Arizona, Gilbert, AZ.
Design includes an Ophthalmologist clinic, Optical mini store, , an outpatient surgery center per ADHS and Town of Gilbert requirements. The existing 2-hour fire rated assembly wall separates this suite and neighboring medical office with exclusive Outpatient Surgery Center.

Microspine International
Specialty Hospital, Scottsdale, AZ
Remodeling and space planning on existing two story office building to suit new specialty as Micro-spine in patient Surgery Center. Project required re-classification of existing none-rated construction to one hour fire rated. The existing building has basement level which was modified to soil and clean storage, central supply, and medical gas storage. The first floor was designed to be special hospital with 4class C and B OR rooms, 9-10 MS rooms, 8 pac-U recovery beds, Pre-op and post-op rooms. The second floor is designed to function as clinic including exam rooms, medical records, general offices, x-ray room, and pharmacy in relation to the Micro-spine surgery center.
